A 5 generation family winery Massimo Rivetti has 25 hectares cultivated under organic certification with indigenous yeast and no pesticides or chemicals used Annual production is around 100.000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Barbera d’Alba. All the fields are grouped around Froi, Garassino and Palazzina. In Froi there is the winery which is built on Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.

Made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from one of the highest fields in the area at more than 500 meters above sea level. A Heroic vineyard such as this one with a slope over 30%, requires a greater degree of hand labour, since the use of machinery is not always possible. Aged for one year in Slavonian oak (2500-litre casks). Elegant Nebbiolo with non-complex tannins and good minerality.
