Produced by passing Valpolicella wine over the skins remaining from the production of Amarone using the traditional Ripasso technique, this wine is rich and full bodied with notes of black fruits and mocha on the nose and plum and black cherry on the palate that culminates in a pleasantly warm spiced finish.
