This single vineyard carricante comes from the small vineyard Montalto at 950 metres. It is the most balanced and at the same time the most exciting of all Etna Bianco. The whole Etna Bianco package is available in all the right doses. Minerality, saltiness, fruit and a perfect hint of flint on the nose. On the palate it is vibrant with Burgundian elegance, finesse and length.
