The Marabino winery is located near Pachino in the Noto zone of south east
Sicily in the ‘Buonivini’ and ‘Barone’ regions of the renowned DOC districts of
‘Eloro’ and ‘Noto’. Established in 2002 Marabino uses an organic and
biodynamic philosophy in producing the finest grapes. The winery focuses
mainly on the native vines of the region – Moscato di Noto and Nero d’Avola,
together with a careful selection of Chardonnay clones. Marabino is now
recognised as one of the top producers of fine wines from this area

On the palate, it delivers bright tropical fruit flavors like mango and candied citrus, balanced by fresh acidity and a distinctive saline streak from the region’s limestone-rich soils.
