The Malvasia grape has a rich and complex aromatic set, all to be smelled in the wine: broad spectrum of
floral terpenes (rose acacia, freesia, lavender and citrus), fruity (peach, more or less ripe apricot, tropical
fruits) , with herbaceous and hydrocarbon notes. With no disgorgement, these wines are cloudy with more
pronounced olfactory hints of bread crust linked to a greater presence of yeasts. An immortal bubble in
continuous evolution, each bottle is unique and day after day it matures and expresses itself.
