J. Hofstätter Winery was founded in 1907 in Tramin, South Tyrol, by Josef Hofstätter. Known for pioneering single-vineyard (“Vigna”) wines, the estate grew under Paolo Foradori in the 1950s. Today, it’s led by Martin Foradori Hofstätter, who continues to focus on terroir-driven, sustainable winemaking.
