Eno-Trio originates from the history of a family very closely connected to the territory. Nunzio Puglisi and his two daughters constitute the trio of Eno-Trio.
The lands are located on the slopes of Etna North and North-West at altitudes ranging from 600 to 1100 meters above sea level, where the native varieties of grapes are grown.
The philosophy of Eno-Trio “Wine is produced in the vineyards not in the cellar” makes their wines so unique in that they are very tied to the vintages and to the production areas.

Pale ruby color and a nose of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, complemented by floral hints and spicy undertones of black pepper and clove. On the palate, vibrant with fine-grained tannins, and flavors of tart red fruits balanced by savory, earthy notes and a saline minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish.
